Electro-pop superstar, Halle Abadi, blends together an incredibly unique fusion of South Asian and Latin flavors on her brand new single, ‘Salvador.’ A flamenco-style guitar gets the track underway and it’s not long before Abadi’s sultry and potent vocals are introduced. ‘Salvador’ is a true pop banger, powerfully produced and featuring an almighty chorus. The empowering tune examines dealing with a ‘Salvador,’ somebody who keeps you trapped in a toxic relationship. It’s about choosing to rise up and having the strength to walk away.
‘Salvador’ will get you on your feet and dancing, of that there’s no doubt, but it will also give you a feeling of confidence that rarely comes through in a song.

When we asked Halle to share few more things about the song:
What does ‘Salvador’ mean to you?
The song ‘Salvador’ is an anthem of overcoming, of no longer settling for people or situations that bring out the worst in you. It means recognizing when someone doesn’t have your best interest in mind and leaving. Salvador was a real person in my life, and I learned quickly that I had to cut off the effort and attention that I was giving him, and instead redirect it to myself. Salvador is about coming to terms with a painful situation, and giving yourself the love you so desperately wanted from a ‘Salvador.’
Please finish the sentence, Music to me is…
Music to me is unifying. So much of what we can’t say to others, we try and find those words in a song. Sometimes, it’s the easiest way to communicate and understand others. Music is healing in that sense. It helps us understand and identify with our own emotions, and reassures us that we’re not alone in how we’re feeling.
